Individual
Counselling

I offer both online and in-person individual counselling for clients aged 19 and older. My approach is relational and client-centred, incorporating talk therapy and/or Expressive Art therapy as options.

 

In talk therapy, we can explore both past hurts and future goals. I provide a safe space for you to share your story, and together, we can work towards finding solutions both within yourself and your environment. For those interested, I also offer the opportunity to explore Expressive Art therapy, which includes visual arts, writing, storytelling, and movement, with no skill level required. Creative mediums can help when clients are feeling stuck and want to transition from overthinking to being in the present moment. Our bodies and sensory systems hold great wisdom that can help ground and guide us.
